About the author
Tom Lunt is senior lecturer in the Creative Industries at London Metropolitan University. Prior to joining the University in 2006, he spent nine years working in fundraising events; first at the Royal Star & Garter Home for disabled servicemen and women and then at Christian Aid where he was Events and Community Fundraising Manager.Eva Nicotra is the Senior Lecturer in Creative Industries at London Metropolitan University, where she delivers modules on subjects including event planning, events marketing and sponsorship, and live music events promotion. She is an accomplished events and music industry professional with experience ranging from venue management to event planning and events marketing. Prior to joining London Metropolitan University, Eva ran her won events management company which organised, promoted and managed live events, charity fundraisers, concerts and festivals.
