Ubernium cum summo honorum omnium luetu et indigna tio'ne solemnes cum bac Apostolica. Sede initas Conventio ne's pla'ne contemnens non dubita'vit quotidie magis et Sa cros Ministms, et Episcopos, Religiosasque Familias exagitare, ot Ecclesiae immunitatem, libertatem, eiusque veneranda iura laedere, violare, ac bona usurpare, et gravissimas eidem Ec clesiae ac Supremae N ostrae, et hu'us Sanctae Sedia aucto pitati iniurias inform, cumque plane espicere.
