This book focuses on the generation of bioenergy from logging residues. It includes a section on slash, which can also be used to generate energy and which usually goes uncollected and is a major fire hazard in forests if left. Beginning with an overview of the area, it discusses logistics, ways to convert the materials, and their measurements. Written for both scientists and professionals in the area, it offers insights into the use of logging residues to generate and manage sustainable energy.
