Los tratados hechos posteriormente se hallan diseminados en las colecciones del a Peruano, y muchos de ellos estan en el mismo caso de falta de determinacion de las fechas de cange y desahucio. Sin embargo, la importancia de estos datos no se pue de ocultar á nadie un tratado tiene el doble carácter de ley inte rior y de convenio internacional, y crea bajo ambos aspectos obli gaciones y derechos de la mayor importancia, que han principiado a tener existencia y que deben fenecer en un dia dado.
