This book is intended to initiate and prove debate on contentious land administration issues in Botswana. Donald K. Mengwe holds a BSc (Hons) Estate Management from Edinburgh Napier University, Scotland and is Director of Valuation Edge (Pty) Ltd. He is a registered Property Valuer with over 16 years experience in public service and has served as Secretary General of the Real Estate Institute of Botswana and as Registrar of Real Estate Advisory Council
