The book is about poetry written from the heart and experiences I've had through my life I have always had an interest in poetry from a very early age since junior school.
I have devised this book with my own personal take on how I translate my thought and processes down in poetry form.
I hope these poems resonate with the reading public. I hope the reader enjoys the poems as much as I have enjoyed writing them.
About the author
I was adopted at a very young age by a very loving couple and they always instilled in my self-belief. Very early on in my childhood, I developed a serious stammer and found it very hard to speak very fluently, I could speak the words in my mind, but the words would not come out in that form.
Written words always intrigued me in and after a very difficult time. Junior school and most senior school, I taught myself to speak without a stammer.
It was like a weight had been lifted off my shoulders and not only could I write but now I could read my written words out loud. It was my eureka moment or even a milestone. That moment in my life freed my mind and guided my spirit to my present day. Freedom to write is a beautiful gift.
