About the author

Born in Montpellier, France, Karine Bernadou studied graphic design for 4 years at the Olivier de Serres school in Paris. After graduation, she created the magazine "Desseins" with Lucile Gomez. In 2006, she won the "Young Talent" contest at the Angoulême Festival. Her work has been published in "Bang", "Ferraille illustre", and "Fluide Glacial". In addition to her work as a comic book author, she also works as an illustrator for the adult press (Bakchich, CQFD, Vivre) and children (Astrapi, Philoteo, Okapi, Zaza Mimosa, editions Milan, editions Bayard, Syros, Litho), and many more.
