Excerpt from Klimatographie des Königreichs Sachsen: Erste Mitteilung
Die Darstellung stützt sich vorwiegend auf die Beobachtungen der Stationen, welche von C. Bruhns und C. Krutzsch im Jahre 1864 begrundet wurden. Nur fur die tagliche Periode der Temperatur wurden Notierungen in Leipzig von 1831 an herangezogen. Für das Lustrum 1886 bis 1890 konnte das gegenwärtige dichte Netz von Stationen verwendet werden.
