And the remainder of said income to the preparing, fitting up, keeping in order, increasing and insuring of pathological and anatomical preparations and specimens, illustrative of surgery and medicine, drawings, models, casts and other like matters, which are intended to form the museum aforesaid.
And it was therein further provided that the annual income of the trust fund received by the said college should be devoted exclusively to the performance of the trusts speci fied in said agreement, and, in the event of their application to any other purpose, the benefit of the trust in favor of the said college should cease, and the fund revert to the heirs and assigns of the party of the first part.
