Die Reihenfolge ward so gewählt, wie sie nach Ansicht des Verfassers für ein Lehrbuch naturgemäss scheint. Sie soll damit keineswegs und am wenigsten für den mündlichen Vortrag als streng bindend erachtet werden. Auch nach dieser Richtung suchte ich die Anordnung so zu treffen, dass sie der Entscheidung des Lehrers nicht unnöthig vorgreift.
