All reports under Sections and will be forwarded to the Department by the Agency.
All reports under this Part indicating, or with respect to which subsequent investigations reveal, releases to surface waters will be forwarded by the Agency to the Illinois Department Of Natural Resources and to the appropriate county health department of - the county - in-which-the-release-occurred.
