La police française d'assurances sur marchandises par vapeur du 22 décembre 1882 stipule, dans son arti cle 4, que les marchandises sont assurées dès qu'elles quittent la terre pour être embarquées, tous risques d'allèqes pour transport immédiat de terre a bord étant à la charge des assureurs.
