Gayle Macklem, MA, LEP, NCSP, practiced as a school psychologist for 30 years and is currently an adjunct professor at William James College. She is the author of four textbooks.
Arlene Silva, PhD, LEP, NCSP, is chair, director, and associate professor in the School Psychology Department at William James College. Her professional interests include consultation, supervision, and culturally responsive practice.
