It has fallen to the lot of one of the present Editors to treat of the Practice and Procedure of our Courts in times long gone by and again under another phase of procedure in 1853, and in adventuring on a third and still more extensive system, he avails him self of the help of his son, who had the opportunity of witnessing the working of the English Judicature Act.
