Voici revivre, grâce à Duviquet, tout un peuple aboli. Ces ¿otteurs qui, sur des trains de 70 mètres de long sur 4 mètres et demi de large, ont, du milieu du xvi° siècle jusque vers la fin du XIX°, uniquement apporté le chauffage des Parisiens. On n'en voit plus guère de ces trains immenses qui, il y a cinquante ans, couvraient la Seine.
