"It is little like using the unexplainable to explain the unexplainable" said the legendary Theoretical Physicist Stephen Hawking. Actually, a scientist's sight goes very far beyond the sight of an ordinary man. In this theory, I have just tried to express and explain something that I have got in my last 16 years of research. This theory is a very basic and a very fundamental governing rule with universal uses in everywhere in this universe, in every sphere to maintain the stability, balance, establishment, conversion and re-establishment of the structural backbone as well as the functional integrity of the universe. It is being used naturally as the universal essence and as the law of governance. In our hands, by applying this rule knowingly or unknowingly, in technology or medicine, in space and water or on ground, everywhere battle lines are being drawn. Here, I have tried to explain the theory as well as to show some classic examples and explanation and some possible places of future application on the basis of some kind of publishable applicable results based on verifiable empirical data to triumph in this very complex battlefield of universal existence.
