Excerpt from Opinion of the Judges on the Jurisdiction of the Convocation in Matter of Heresy: Given in the Year 1711
Upon this Address to the Queen, Her Majesty was pleased to refer the whole to the twelve Judges and to her Attorney and solicitor-general: who, being several times assembled together and debat ing the matter, came to the following Resolutions.
