Excerpt from A Selection of Cases on the Law of Sales of Personal Property
The general plan of this book is similar to that of the collections of cases on other subjects which have been published from time to time for use in the Harvard Law School.
In order to save space, reports of arguments of counsel have~been generally omitted; and when the facts of a case appear with sufficient fulness from the Opinion of the court, the opinion only has been printed. Such other omissions as have been made from the cases reported are indicated by notes.
