The cataloguer and auctioneers will not be responsible for any errors made by bidders, so please carefully compare your bid sheet with the catalogue and make certain you have the numbers correspond on the lots being bid for. Nearly every sale develops some mistake; quite often the bid sheets arrive unsigned, with no way to determine the identity of the bidder.
Send in your bids as quickly after you receive the catalogue as you can, as it requires much' time to get them entered, and just before a sale like this my time is required in various directions.
