Die Paginierung der Pergamentblatter beginnt mit 2, so dass daraus schon das Fehlen eines Blattes hervorgeht. Pag. 2 beginnt die Handschrift mit 3 Zeilen, welche den letzten Zeilen des Rezeptes A 83a6 entsprechen. Es folgen dann die Rezepte von A in derselben Ordnung. Demnach darf man an nehmen, dass das fehlende Blatt die in A vorhergehenden Rezepte enthalten hat. Die Reihenfolge der Rezepte bleibt bis pag. 30h ziemlich dieselbe. Diesen Teil nenne ich ei.
