The Falje One is one of thol'e Plays that is more dubious as to its Authors. The Prologue (peaks of them in the Plural Number and 'tis probable that Beaumont a¿ified in the latter Part of it, but I believe not much in the two firll Aéts, as thel'e are fo very much taken from Lucan, and the Obfervation of Beaumone's not indulging himfelf in foch Li berties holds good in all the Plays in which he is known to have had the largcfl Share.
