Le 14 décembre, lors du départ de la malade, le col est enfoncé profondément nu - dessus du périnée. Il n'aura donc pas de tendance à sortir par la vulve. Le eul-de-sac vaginal postérieur, bien fermé et fixé par des adhérences, ne bronchera pas. La vulve est haute, mais très élastique elle est en avant de la paroi vaginale antérieure qui est tendue transversalement.
