Having been frequently requested to publish some Games at Chess that have actually oc curred in play I have selected the following Fifty, which I hope will be found instructive as well as entertaining; for some of these I am indebted to my friends, the remainder were played between myself and some. Ofo the, best players, not only in this country; -but also in France and Germany.
