Ghana is known for the production of the world's premium quality cocoa but this is not achieved without challenges in its cocoa sector. This book objectively analyses both storage and transportation challenges of Cocoa Licensed Buying Companies involved in the internal marketing of Ghana's cocoa industry and how these challenges affect cocoa quality and lead to avoidable post harvest losses. It also outlines recommended solutions to the identified problems that if considered by Management of Ghana COCOBOD and interested stakeholders would go a long way to improve on the quality of Ghana's cocoa for both local and international markets and avoid losses along the post harvest stages of production. And for those who would want to invest in Ghana's cocoa industry to help sustain Ghana to produce the best quality cocoa for the world, this book will help open up and reveal investment opportunities in the storage and transportation sectors of the post harvest stage of production.
