About the author










Regina Luttrell spent the first half of her career managing high-level public relations and marketing activities for Fortune 500 companies, governmental entities, and non-profit organizations. Upon leaving corporate America she earned her Ph.D. and now teaches at Syracuse University, S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications where she researches, publishes and discusses public relations, social media, and the Millennial generation's roles both in the classroom and the workforce. She is the (co)author the following books: Social Media: How to Engage, Share, and Connect, Brew Your Business: The Ultimate Craft Beer Playbook, Public Relations Campaigns: An Integrated Approach, The PR Agency Handbook, and A Practical Guide to Ethics in Public Relations.

Karen McGrath, PhD, is Professor of Communications at the College of Saint Rose in Albany, NY where she has been teaching for almost 20 years. She has a passion for learning and enjoys working with students to help them achieve their personal and professional goals. Her interests include pop culture, media, gender, and race, with her most recent publication focused on The Big Bang Theory's Sheldon Cooper.
