About the author

Karim Atassi is an expert in Syrian contemporary politics and constitutions. He holds a Ph.D. in Public Law on Syrian constitutions, is a former foreign student at France's École Nationale d'Administration. He graduated in political science, and holds a degree in information and communication. He is an international civil servant.
