Children in conflict with law are exposed to different violation of human rights in different parts of the world despite the international human rights system protect them. The research examined the practice of educational rights of children in the Center. Qualitative research methodology is employed in order to comprehend adequately the practice of educational rights of children in the Center. Hence, the data collection instrument is comprised of in depth interviews with 23 juvenile offenders in the Center. Key informant interview is conducted with the manager of the Center, psycho-social councilors, caregivers, principals and teachers in the school. The right to education of children in the Center is examined in accordance with the Core elements of the right to education stated in the General Comment No.11 of International Convention on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights on article 13; these are accessibility, availability, acceptability and adaptability. Thus, findings of the research revealed that Juvenile Offenders' right to accessible education based on the principles of non-discrimination, physical and economic accessibility is not respected in Center.
