This book deals with the company contributing to the law and then in the Islamic jurisprudence and the extent of the responsibility of partners. In the first part of the book is provided a historical overview of the idea of the company at some civilizations and then the emergence of the company in modern form, then we address the definition of the company in terms of language and the terminology of Law, and we highlight the characteristics of the joint stock company in terms of division of the company's capital and the ability of shares to trade and the responsibility of the share partner and other characteristics. In the second part of this book address the position of Islamic jurisprudence of the joint stock companies through the legitimacy of the company in Islamic law in the book and Sunnah and consensus and what is the position of contemporary jurists of joint stock companies, in the third section of this book address the legal personality of the company in the law and how the legal personality arose as we deal with legal personality in Islamic jurisprudence and the implications of that personal.

About the author










Assoc prof. Dr. Ammar Abdulwahab Mohammed Nasser had his PhD inIslamic Finance from International Islamic University, Malaysia. He was Assistant Secretary-General of COS for ISRA scientists of the Central Bank of Malaysia COS. Currently; he is the Dean of Scientific Research in Al-Madinah International University, Malaysia MEDIU.
