Aquatic Toxicology

Pesticides are increasing the yield productivity in the agriculture field. However, it also affects some beneficial insects in the agriculture and agriculture runoff, especially sedentary one. Sedentary organisms are ideal organism for studying the environmental impacts. Now days many researchers are mainly focusing on aquatic toxicological study in marine water mussel. But, rare study found in freshwater mussel. So, this book emphasis the magnitude of pesticide impact on macromolecules of sedentary organism Lamellidens marginalis. Thus, it gives the framework for any basic research work on aquatic toxicology and it will be useful among the students and researchers to refer in future.
