He writes regularly for the likes of Wallpaper and Decanter magazines, as well as the Sunday and Daily Telegraph . He is also the co-author of nine books on spirits and cocktails and has been one of the main drinks experts on the hit Channel 4 TV show, Sunday Brunch, for over a decade. His debut book, Distilled , co-written with Joel Harrison in 2015, won the Fortnum & Mason Drink Book of the Year.
