Perhaps it may be as well once for all to state that fifteen persons have contributed to this book. With the exception of two Prayers taken from the excellent little Manual of M. Leblois of Strasbourg, they are all now published for the first time. It is earnestly requested that the reader will not endeavour to identify their respective author ships.
