This book is analyzing the corner accuracy improvement strategies used in Wire Electrical Discharge Machining (WEDM) process. A brief analysis on die corner accuracy during the single pass cutting of Aluminium 5083 Alloy is presented with optimal technology table. An elaborate study on pulse parameter modification strategy in improving corner accuracy of Monel 400 alloy under difficult machining conditions has been reported. The use of trim cutting operation to improve corner accuracy is evaluated. This book contains 158 pages including 45 figures and 32 tables.

Dr G. Selvakumar is currently an Associate Professor in the Department of Mechanical Engineering, SSN College of Engineering, Chennai, India. He has published 15 international journal papers, 2 National journal papers, 10 conference papers and edited 3 books. One research project sponsored by SERB for a tune of 32 Lakh (INR) is in progress.
