Implementing SDI in an economically less developed country has always been challenging. The implementation of SDI requires lot of financial, human and technical resources. Governments of such countries especially can't meet this challenge. Therefore, out of the box solutions and approaches needs to be investigated and weighted such as Public-Private Partnership (PPP). PPP brings financial and technical resources for long term projects such as SDIs.
