Water, integral part of the natural environment, is a basic natural resource for sustaining life and satisfying various social and economic needs of the given community. Availability/quantity and quality determines how it can be used for various purposes and determines the location of human activities, settlements, and the quality of life. How ever, water is a renewable, but a finite and vulnerable resource to depletion and contamination.
