This book entails the A-Z of the Phyllodes tumor of the breast with in depth analysis of its genetic and molecular features. This book highlights the difficulties encountered to differentiate the Phyllodes tumor from giant fibroadenomas or other breast tumors. Every effort was made to resolve this issue with current evidence along with an up to date literature search. The readers will now have a better understanding of this diseases process and also will be able to resolve the conflicts in diagnosis. I believe this book will help not only the medical professionals, but generally the female population. My aim is to present this book in the most simplistic way, so that all the readers find it useful. I will be satisfied if this book helps a single reader in better understanding of his diseases.
About the author
The author has obtained his post graduate degree as Doctor of Medicine in Surgery from the University of West Indies, Trinidad and Tobago. He has published more than 50 articles in the peer review journals and an e- book on Rectal prolapse. He is a specialist registrar at a tertiary hospital and an associate Lecturer of surgery in the UWI.
