It has been established the insolvency of the commonly acquired representations of the entropy and its role in the course of the thermal processes. The opporttunity of the complete transformation of the heat into the work, by using the nonequilibrium arising in the transformer during thermal process, has been proved. The inaccuracy of the barometric formula has been found, that has given the grounds to explain qualitativly Rank effect. Machine-free transformer of the heat to the electric energy has been considered.

About the author










George Skornyakov laid the foundations of the theory of three particles in quantum mechanics, investigated the topology of magnetic fields for plasma confinement. The essential part of his scientific interests are the general theory of dynamical systems and the foundations of thermodynamics.
