Since ancient times, our social system and Verna system have created many social problems. In our social system, there is one class of people who do not have homes, native place and is a wandering society. The Indian government has identified this society as nomadic and denotified tribe which was rejected and ignored as human beings and was forced to live life that of animal since thousands of years. Even the British government has put a symbol of being a criminal cast on this tribe, and everyone has ever since looked at this tribe as a criminal tribe. All the means of livelihood were abandoned and theft was the only option left for livelihood. Shallow attempts were made by higher classes to reform such casts. Perhaps, this is the only community in the world which bears a symbol of being criminal cast.After independence of India the education had developed and various schemes come into existence to provide education to all classes of the society.After 60 years of Independence India, This research can be useful for the development of such classes by knowing, investigation about the impact of education on their lifestyle and by drawing inferences and making suggestions accordingly.
