The health care system is the most important sectors in any country for its national interest. Bangladesh is one of the overpopulated and developing countries in the world. Health care system, especially an immunization system in this country is undeveloped and communication technology has not been introduced significantly to improve its quality of implementing the vaccination service. Growing use of information and communication technology (ICT) facilitates many countries to develop their ICT based e-Health system. At present there is no existing electronic healthcare system in Bangladesh. My proposed idea carries the advantages of secure vaccination care in Bangladesh by using ICT technologies. The aim is to propose an 'Every Child by Two' system using smart card for citizen's identification which would improve the overall immunization system.
