Some Aspects Studies of Liza Carinata in Suez Bay, Egypt

What do you know about Liza carinata and its sex hormones? Over the last years, mullet attract the scientist and management interest due to its high economic value especially in Egypt, which recorded as the first country in mullet aquaculture production all over the world, but in the last decade there are a sharp decrease in its production especially for Liza carinata combining with shortage in fry number, particularly in Red Sea and Suez Gulf. Although Liza carinata one of the cash crop mullet species, scarce is known about it, from this point the present book introduce a deep knowledge and data a bout the biology, histology, and steroids hormones for male and female Liza carinata with its relation to gonado-somatic index in Suez Bay, this should be especially useful for marine science community or any one else interest to know more a bout this vital economic source.
