Nanocrystalline Thin Films For Efficient Energy Harvesting

The present book deals with the synthesis of nanostructured transition metal oxides, chalcogenides and nanocomposites. Initially, these materials are characterized by various characterization techniques. Finally its suitability is checked for the solar cell applications. They are found to be the efficient materials for solar energy harvesting. This is our step towards utilization of renewable energy for the mankind.

About the author

Dr. Neha Desai obtained her M.Sc. degree in Inorganic Chemistry from the Department of Chemistry, Shivaji University, Kolhapur. She is also the recepient of DST-INSPIRE Fellowship. She has completed her Ph.D. work in April 2017 under the guidance of Prof. (Dr.) P.N.Bhosale from Department of Chemistry, Shivaji University, Kolhapur.
