About the author










The author is a civil engineer with specialty inhighway engineering from Moscow, Russia. He is currently engaged as a researcher at the Building and Road Research Institute (BRRI) in Kumasi, Ghana. His major interests include road design, construction and pavement safety analysis. He is also a keen road safety advocate.
