Ahmed El-Naggar is a Scholar-Practitioner in Cultural development projects. He is an Engineer with a vision of Curator and eyes of an Artist. He interprets culture through designs rather than literal interpretation. Ahmed holds BSc. in Civil Engineering from Shubra Faculty of Engineering and M.S. from Paris 1 Pantheon Sorbonne University.
