La presente investigación se titula La Mujer en los inicios de la Radiodifusión Educativa: María Luisa Ross Landa, y es resultado de un interés surgido en 1991 por la labor desarrollada cotidianamente por Radio Educación. Para delimitar el año de estudio se acudió al Archivo de Maestros Notables de la Secretaría de Educación Pública (SEP), ubicado la calle de Isabel la Católica, casi esquina con Fray Servando, en la delegación Cuauhtémoc de la Ciudad de México.
