In my opinion and from my experience, if the Systemic Methodologies in the Army are effectively implemented in practice, they will reduce the complexity, improve operational readiness, providing us the ability to predict instability and crisis points so that interventions can be made in the future by creating a controlled dynamic, adding "energy" to one of the subsystems. The issue of effective administration is very important in the Land Army and especially in the Headquarters that seem to be complex because of the nature of their work and their mission. The constantly changing environment of activities and operations determines the structures of the Headquarters, as well as their functions and the needs for improvement and change.
