About the author
Ingeborg Pils begann ihre journalistische Karriere bei der Süddeutschen Zeitung. Dem Studium der Zeitungswissenschaften folgten berufliche Stationen in New York und Brüssel. Heute arbeitet und lebt sie als freie Food-Journalistin in München und ist Autorin zahlreicher Sachbücher. Außerdem schreibt sie für überregionale Tageszeitungen, Magazine und Gastronomie-Fachzeitschriften in Deutschland und der Schweiz.
