The kernel of my paper mainly concern the present poblem: was the philosopher-scientist Albert Einstein's great general relativity, helped or damaged by his philosophy? Scientist and philosophers are discussing without presenting relevant information. I prefererred to read what I condidered the most relevant among hundreds of his papers. I am conforted by Plank's view that science is doubtful in itself. And the criticism of ideas is its essential nature.

About the author










A compulsory military service, at the end of the second world war, delayed for three years my junior degree in Physics at the antique Catania University. My thesis was concerned the x rays Bragg spectroscopy, the technique that later on revealed the wave nature of x rays.
