The goal of this book is study the properties of Pb(Zr,Ti)O3 thin films prepared by pulse laser deposition. In a small book of this size it must be large simplification and limitation. I thankfully accept all your criticisms which I deserve it without any suspicion. But, the main aim is produce a general review on Pb(Zr,Ti)O3, applications and the method of its preparation. Undoubtedly, I take exciting subject but I tried to be objective as I can. I would like to express my deep thankfulness and appreciation to all people whom beautifying me in this work.

About the author

Hameed A. Radwan was born in 1967 in Kirkuk - Iraq, obtain on B.Sc. from physics dept. college of science University of Mosul - Iraq in 1990 , M.Sc. & PhD from Tikrit University in 1993 & 1997 respectively . Now I am school teacher at a secondary school in Kirkuk.
