The bioethanol has been founded in first generation technologies either by direct fermentation in the case of sugar-cane or scarification of starch in the situation of corn, wheat, dates and so on followed by distillation. The book is focused especially on bioethanol and yeast strain research-development, including indoor and outdoor production and testing using solar energy. Furthermore, the book implemented practical research and activities on common dates, and yeast strain separation from them. The document is intended for engineers and researchers in applied microbiology and biotechnology, providing practical and technical answers.
