The comparison of European and Russian regulations was implemented while working at the construction project of Russian Embassy in Helsinki, Finland. The main goal of the study was to undercover main differences between Russian and European regulations which refer to design and implementation of reinforced concrete structures such as material properties and classification, reinforcing of structures and tolerances.

Aleksei Pronozin has obtained his BSc degree of Civil Engineering in Saimaa University of Applied Sciences in 2012 in Finland and a degree of Engineering in field of structural design in St.Petersburg State University of Architecture and Civil Engineering in 2014.Currently is working as a sourcing and procurement specialist in YIT Construction Ltd.
