About the author

Amin Benaissa is Associate Professor at the Faculty of Classics, University of Oxford, and Fellow and Tutor in Classics at Lady Margaret Hall. His research, which focuses on ancient Greek papyri, particularly those from Oxyrhynchus, has been published in a number of journals and edited volumes.
